Local residents shouldn't see big change from newest drought orders

There won't be any new regulations for homeowners, besides the ones that are already in place in the drought ordinance set by the city, which includes the three-day-a-week watering system: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for even-numbered houses; Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays for odd-numbered houses.
