Local Memorial set for fallen Officer David Nelson

BAKERSFIELD, CA- At a news conference Monday, Bakersfield Police announced plans for a local Memorial for fallen Officer David Nelson.Nelson was killed when he crashed his patrol car during a high speed chase last week.According to police, the memorial will be held at Rabobank Theater on Tuesday July 7 at 3p.m.The memorial will be open to the public.Nelson will be buried in a private ceremony in Burbank July 1.
