BAKERSFIELD - Eighteen different agencies and community groups are helping in the search for a killer in eastern Kern County. They're searching a five square mile grid in the high desert southeast of Lake Isabella, about 40 miles northeast of downtown Bakersfield.Helicopters circle overhead all over the Kelso Valley.
