KUZZ reporter Scott Thackrey arrested

On July 29, 2015, at approximately 6:25 p.m., in the 4800 block of Easton Dr, Bakersfield Police detectives arrested Scott Thackrey, 46, of Bakersfield, for arranging to meet with a minor for a lewd purpose and attempting to contact a minor with intent to commit a lewd act.
