KMC opens 'one-stop shop' clinic

Kern Medical Center has cut the ribbon on its REACH clinic and, during a Kern County Board of Supervisors meeting Monday, CEO Russell Judd explained why the new health care facility represents a major change for the county hospital.

"It's the extreme makeover -- it's really changing how a primary care physician is working," he said.
