Kern River sign updated

BAKERSFIELD, CA - As the weather heats up, a sign at the mouth of the canyon is a reminder of how dangerous the Kern River can be.The Kern County Sheriff's Department changed this number to 271 Friday morning, reflecting the two local teens who died last summer.
Experts say, lower water levels doesn't mean the river isn't dangerous.
