Kern Farm Bureau wants increased water pumping

The Kern County Farm Bureau has joined the chorus of voices asking the state to increase pumping from the Delta to the San Joaquin Valley.

The Farm Bureau represents 1,400 farmers who rely on water to make their living on Central Valley farms.

KCFB says it is supporting the original petition filed by U.S. Bureau Reclamation which is supported by fish and wildlife experts.
