Kern County's wild weather wrap up

The rain started on Sunday with snow above 5000 feet. And the energy from the storm stayed in Kern County through Monday producing an EF-0 tornado.
This is the fourteenth confirmed tornado to touch down in Kern County since official record keeping began in 1949.
This one was northwest of Buttonwillow at 11:40 Monday morning.
