Kern County supervisors eye water needs for CALM, golf course

The Kern County Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to come up with short-term and long-term plans to keep some facilities in northeast Bakersfield, including the Kern River Golf Course and California Living Museum, operating with enough water during the drought.
