Kern County Library gets $95K grant to help Spanish speakers

The pop-up, temporary libraries will target Spanish-speaking people. They will appear at monthly at nontraditional venues and feature Spanish-language books, a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, devices for learning and bilingual volunteers.
