KCSO starting body cam pilot program

WASCO, CA - The Sheriff's Department will officially unveil its body camera pilot program to public at the Wasco substation Thursday morning.
The Sheriff will also be on hand for the news conference.     The pilot program includes 17 deputies who received formal training on the cameras.
After 90 days, the department will evaluate how the program worked, and examine how the cameras might be used in the long term.
