KCNC 2015 Report Card

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Kern County Network for Children released its 17th annual Report Card Wednesday on the well-being of local kids. While the data can be complex, publishers say it's goal is simple -- improving quality of life for local children.
The report includes data on economics, education, health, safety and well being.
