Jury finds Bakersfield serial rapist guilty on 24 counts

Billy Ray Johnson was found guilty Tuesday by a Kern County jury on fivecounts of rape by force or fear, along with counts of assault, robbery,burglary, false imprisonment and lewd and lascivious acts with childunder 14.
