Jury deliberating in 'retrospective competency hearing'

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Closing arguments wrapped and have gone to the jury in the "retrospective competency hearing" for convicted murderer Christopher Lightsey.     The state supreme court said Lightsey shouldn't have represented himself during his original competency hearing in 1995.     He was convicted of killing 76-year-old William Compton. 
Lightsey will be returned to death row if the jury finds he was competent, but if it finds he was incompeten
