Incoming storm cold, not very wet

It was starting to look like winter had finally arrived. The National Weather Service's meteorologists in Hanford -- not normally an excitable bunch -- even tweeted a picture of a light switch with the words, "It looks like the winter switch has finally been turned on."

Now they say, not so fast.
