Human remains found in Lamont

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Homicide detectives with the sheriff's office are investigating what they say are human remains found in Lamont.     It happened around 11:15 a.m. Saturday near a vineyard two miles west of Interstate 5, and just  south of Copus Road.     According to KCSO, a passerby found the remains stuffed inside a metal 55-gallon drum and the remains are in an advanced state of decomposition. The age, race, and sex of the victim is unknown.   &
