Homes damaged in Oildale fire

BAKERSFIELD, CA - City and county firefighters responded to a grass fire in Oildale Saturday afternoon that spread to a nearby neighborhood. Fire officials say it threatened multiple homes in the 400 block of Pearson Avenue, near Standard Park.When crews arrived, they found a fully involved garage as well as trees and brush on fire.
