High-speed rail group settles Bakersfield lawsuit

Coffee-Brimhall LLC, a developer that owns land in Bakersfield, filed a California Environmental Quality Act lawsuit over the Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement for the Fresno to Bakersfield segment.
