High-speed rail groundbreaking in Fresno

BAKERSFIELD, CA - On Tuesday afternoon, elected officials along with Governor Jerry Brown signed a piece of steel rail -- marking the groundbreaking of California's High-Speed Rail -- a day officials are calling historic.
