HECA response to motion to dismiss application for certification

Hydrogen Energy California is responding to a motion to terminate its application for certification a proposed plant near Tupman saying it is still pursuing that application.

It filed its response today with the State Energy Commission, responding to a coalition of environmentalists and neighbors who filed a motion to terminate the certification application. That group took action because the proposed plant's owner, SCS Energy, still has not found a buyer for the carbon dioxide.
