GET board decides to open at-large seat to applications

Golden Empire Transit's Board of Directors failed to reappoint Patricia Norris as its at-large member during a Tuesday meeting, deciding instead applications for the position.
Directors voted 3-1 in favor of the new process during their regular meeting, held in GET's board room at 1830 Golden State Ave. Norris will remain on the board until a final at-large member appointment is made.
