Free Covered California enrollment assistance

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Free help is available for those needing to enroll in Covered California for 2015.   Dignity Health officials in a news release say open enrollment ends February 15, 2015.

Those who qualify for insurance in the health exchanges but do not enroll could face high penalty fees. Assistance will be provided in both English and Spanish at the Plaza del Pueblo in the Mercado Latino from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on the following dates:

February 1
February 8
