Former Taft superintendent taken into custody

Update: 
BAKERSFIELD, CA - Former Taft School Superintendent Ronald Bryant was taken into custody after showing up late to his court hearing.
Bryant was due in court on Feb. 20 to face his fourth DUI charge in 18 months but didn't show until two hours later.     Once he showed up the judge ordered he be taken into custody because he had not completed his work release program that had been court ordered for his last DUI conviction.
