Foreclosure rates improve slightly in Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, CA- Foreclosure rates in the Bakersfield area are improving according to the financial information company CoreLogic Inc.
Rates of foreclosure decreased in March in Bakersfield compared to the same period last year.It says the rate of Bakersfield area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.76 percent in March, a decrease of 0.18 percentage points compared to March 2014 when the rate was 0.94 percent.
