Foothill, Highland HS on lockdown Thursday

Law enforcement placed Foothill High School and Highland High School on lockdown Thursday afternoon.. The lockdown at Foothill High School was put in place around 1:24 p.m. The lockdown at Highland High School was put in place around 2:36 p.m.
