'First Look': Houchin 'severely' low on blood supplies

Houchin Community Blood Bank has an extremely low blood supply and the CEO is asking people to make it a goal to donate blood this year.

The blood bank had empty shelves after the holidays and was completely out of A-, O- and O+ blood.
