TWO FIRES INTENTIONALLY SET ON KENTUCKY STREET: Two fires were intentionally set in the 200 block of Kentucky Street Sunday evening, according to Bakersfield firefighters. The first blaze was reported at 7:31 p.m. and involved stored materials at the rear of a business, firefighters said. The second occurred a short time later at
