Dump truck operator electrocuted

The California Highway Patrol said a man was electrocuted Wednesday morning after the bed of his dump truck came in contact with power lines near Wasco.
The CHP said the incident occurred just before 11 a.m. near Highways 99 and 46 east of Wasco.
