Double Fatal crash snarls traffic at Olive Dr. and 99

The CHP is investigating a fatal crash on northbound 99 at the Olive Drive off ramp.

CHP says one person died at the scene and another died later.

The off ramp to Olive Drive from northbound 99 was closed for about an hour after the crash.

The names of the two victims have not been released.
