Districts with high water usage ordered to cut back

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The city of Bakersfield is proposing an ordinance to restrict outdoor watering to three days a week, but how are other local water agencies handling the mandatory water restriction?
According to Calwater, they have not decided on limiting outdoor use for its customers yet.     But a representative said it wants to set a standard similar to the city of Bakersfield.     Calwater is under the jurisdiction of the California Public Utilities Commission
