Deputy cleared in Wasco OIS

A review board has cleared a deputy in the shooting death of David Garcia on January 26th.

It happened in Wasco. Garcia's family says he was suicidal and armed with a knife when deputy Robert Reed arrived.

Investigators say Garcia charged Reed who shot twice in self defense.
