Delano man shot in drive-by shooting identified

DELANO, CA - The coroner's office has identified a man that was killed Friday in Delano.
According to officials, 35-year-old Alfredo Covarrubias was the victim of a drive-by shooting.      It happened Friday, in the 100 block of Glenwood Street just before 8 a.m.      He was taken to Kern Medical Center where he died.    If you have information on this case you are advised to call the Delano police department at 721-3377.
