Delano man dies when car he is riding in hits a tree.

DELANO, CA- A Delano man was killed in a car crash according to Delano Police.It happened Monday at the intersection 20th street and Norwalk Street in Delano.Police say just after 2 p.m. a car went head-on into a tree. The right front passenger identified as Randy Cacabilos, 25, died at the scene.Police say they have no indications yet that drugs or alcohol were involved.The investigation is ongoing.
