Death penalty for Oildale man convicted for two murders

BAKERSFIELD, CA - A judge has sentenced an Oildale man Wednesday to the death penalty for killing his wife and mother in law.  Last month, a jury recommended the death sentence for 61-year-old Robert Dale Fuller.

Judge John Somers announced the death sentence at Kern County Superior Court Wednesday afternoon.
