County proposes changes to oil/gas permits

Hundreds of people packed into the Board of Supervisors chambers Monday to hear more about the county's proposed change to a zoning ordinance. Back in January of 2013 the Board of Supervisors directed staff to change the zoning ordinance to streamline the permitting process for oil and gas companies.
