County officials pledging to conserve water

BAKERSFIELD, CA - County health officials have begun a pledge campaign to raise the awareness of the Kern County's drought situation.   County officials in a news release say there are many simple ways to reduce the amount of water that's used both inside and outside homes.Turning off the water while brushing your teeth, taking shorter showers, washing only full loads of dishes and clothes, fixing water leaks around your homes, water grass and landscapes earlier in the morning or late
