County cracks down on medical marijuana evaluation office

Kern County Supervisors voted to fine a medical marijuana evaluation office, saying their signs violate local rules. The landlord is also facing this penalty. The office is across the street from an elementary school, and county officials say they've heard plenty of complaints about the operation and its advertising.
