Competency hearing today for 20-year-old murder case
BAKERSFIELD, CA - Convicted murderer Christopher Lightsey is back in court for something called a "retrospective competency hearing."
Closing arguments are expected to take place today, Feb. 19, for the 20-year-old murder case.
