Community gathers to walk against violence

BAKERSFIELD, CA. - Escalating violence on the streets, much of it gang violence, is pushing law abiding citizens into action.
Members of Stay Focused Ministries and The Bakersfield Violence Interrupters joined with several police officers and neighbors for a peace walk last night in the vicinity of L and 8th Street.     The location is the same street where two weeks ago 25-year old Abel Trujillo was shot and killed.
