Clean air report praises Kern for low pollution projects

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Air quality in Kern County continues to improve, and other counties are taking notice.
The California Air Pollution Control Officers Association released this year's "California's Progress Toward Clean Air" report this morning.     In the report, CAPCOA praised the eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District for it's high concentration of wind and solar energy projects.     The San Joaquin Valley District made history.
