City, county to settle fire revenue litigation

BAKERSFIELD, CA - A pending civil lawsuit regarding fire revenues between the city of Bakersfield and the county of Kern has been resolved.  

City officials say the settlement, clarifies the methods to be used to allocate funds between the entities for fire
