CHP use Tasers to apprehend man walking in traffic on Interstate 5

California Highway Patrol officers deployed Tasers three times against a hitchhiker walking in traffic lanes on southbound Interstate 5 Monday morning.
Kirk Anthony Stalnaker, 30, was arrested after struggling with officers on the interstate south of Laval Road, according to the CHP. The Sylmar man was booked on suspicion of battery against a peace officer and resisting arrest.
