CHP hosts Start Smart Class for young drivers

BAKERSFIELD, CA- The California Highway Patrol is hosting another Start Smart class for young drivers.The class is free and teaches young drivers and their parents about safe driving habits, the consequences of making bad choices behind the wheel and tips on how to avoid a collision.Parents and teens will be more aware, more educated, and better prepared to handle the stress of a new driver.Call today to register.
