CHP: Driver in fatal hit and run bought beer before crash

BAKERSFIELD, CA- The California Highway Patrol is looking for the public’s help in finding a driver they say hit and killed a man just north of Lamont.An investigation identified the driver of the fatal hit and run as Rafael Basilo Garcia, according to the California Highway Patrol.
