CalWORKS providing tools to help you find work

BAKERSFIELD, CA - CalWORKS is providing job seekers in the community a one-stop resource center to receive services to help those unemployed find work.

Services offered include classroom training, resume writing, job hunting and job placement.  
According to organizers, about 60 percent of the clients completing the program succeed in obtaining employment. 
CalWORKS also provides assistant services like free bus passes, child care, school supplies and food for your family. &n
