Caltrans to install Butts Only Boxes

Millions of pounds of cigarette butts are littered across the United States.  Cigarette butts contain toxic chemicals, and are not bio degradable.   However, Caltrans has now partnered with a private company to install the Butts Only Box at rest stops across the state.  Some travelers along I-5 at the Buttonwillow rest stop believe this is a great idea.
