Al Miller, along with 11 other jurors, listened to hours of testimony and digested mountains of evidence in the trial of school shooter Bryan Oliver.

He found Oliver's actions, while terrible and deserving of punishment, did not justify the attempted murder charges against him. And the teens who bullied Oliver, while wrong, also aren't the main issue in this case.
