Cal Water introduces water budgets for its customers

BAKERSFIELD, CA- Customers of Cal Water Service Company are being put on individual water budgets.Cal Water customers will now see on their bills how much water they have in your budget for the coming month.That budget will be based on how much you used during the same month in 2013.If you go over, you'll be penalized.
