Bullying app is helping students make a change

BAKERSFIELD, CA - Kern County students are the only ones in the state testing a new phone app as a way to stop bullying. The new application is part of the Safe School Ambassadors program, which is designed for students to report to an adviser when they witness bullying.     The phone app was piloted in nine schools last spring and has grown to 20 schools only here in Kern County. Local schools were chosen because of the large number of districts in our area.     T
