Bryan Oliver Trial: First expert witness takes the stand.

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The trial of Bryan Oliver, the teen charged with shooting and trying to kill classmate Bowe Cleveland at Taft Union High School nearly two years ago, resumed Wednesday. After the trial was put on hold Monday due to jury scheduling conflicts and had been in recess since Novemeber 20, after Bryan Oliver took the stand in his own defense. Oliver testified he was the subject of relentless bullying, and blacked out before and during the shooting.
